      Welcome to Holy Trinity On-line's new location. The site has now entered the world of Javascript to mark its 2nd birthday on the 12th of May.
      If anyone has photographs of church events which could go on our website, http://www.holytrinityhenley.org.uk, please see Richard Young. Also, if there are chruch groups not mentioned on the site, if someone would do a breif wrtie-up and give it to Richard, he will include it.
      The photo galley for the church has been uploaded and can be view as a silde show. More will follow shortly.
      A hit counter was uploaded on 6th December, St.Nicholas' Day.

This Week.

Lent Study Groups
      There are Lent Study Groups. On Tuesday at 7:45 for 8:00pm is a Lent Study Group at Sacred Heart on the subject of "Following Jesus in Holy Week" (2nd of 4) given by Father David Sanders. At 10:00am on Wednesday morning at 42 Blandy Road it is on the subject "Can we build a better world". and at 7:15pm on Thursday in the Chantry House the subject is "In the Wilderness" (2nd of 5). See Page 4 of the Trintiy Times.

Coffee Morning
      This Wednesday from 10:00am untio 12 noon there is a Coffee Morning at 23 Damer Gardens. There will be Bring & Buy, Traidcraft Stall and a Raffle. Admission is £1 which includes coffee and buscuits. All proceeds go to Christian Aid. Please come. See page 22 of the Trinity Times.

Evening of Accoustic Worship
      This Wednesday from at 7:30pm there will be and evening of Accoustic Worship wiht Noel Richards and Wain Drain at the Baptist Dayspring Centre (now called 'd:two').

Lent Lunchtime Meeting
      The Lent Lunchtime Meetings at Christ Church start this Thursday at 12 noon and are followed by a simple lunch for £2.50. This week will be "The Helper and Advicate" from John 14 25-27. See page 4 of the Trinity Times

Deanery Synod
      The Deanery Synod is at 8:00pm on this Thursday at Kidmore End. It will include Fair Traid in the farming community and the Childrens' Society

Musicl Recital
      This Saturday at 7:30 the 'Desire in Spring' Musical Recital is at All Saints' Church in Rotherfield Peppard. There will be Julia Booker soprano, Robin Howle tenor and Antonia King Piano. There will be refreshments and a retiring collection for Christian Aid. See page 22 of the Trinity Times.

Regular Church Groups and Activities
      There are Home Groups on Tuesdays at 8pm at the Vicarage and on Wednesdays at 10:00am at Mike Hail's house, 42 Blandy Road.
      Chimes, for 7 - 11 year olds, meets on Wednesday evenings at 6pm in the Parish Room.
      On Monday evenings there is a short Prayer Meeting, for any who like to come, at 63 Ancastle Green at 6pm.
      And our Baby & Toddlers' Service is being held monthly on a Friday at 12:15pm.

Please remember all these activities in your prayers this week, for the leaders and for all those who attend.

Notices

New Chruch Electoral Roll
      In accordance with the Church Representation Rules, a new electoral roll is to be prepared in each parish in 2007. Everyone had to re-apply for memebership - no name are carried forward from the existing roll. Please complete an Application for Enrollment form which must be returned to the church no later than Sunday April the 8th.
Form are available from Duncan Carter or Peter Jones on 01491 572718.

Thurdays in Lent
      There will be lunchtime services at Christ Church every Thursday during Lent.

March 8th "The Helper and Advocate" John 14 25-27
March 15th "The Vine" John 15 1-8
March 22nd "The Parting Gift" John 16 8-16
March 29th "Christians and the World" John 17 13-21
Time 12-12:30pm followed by a simple lunch for £2.50

Toddler Service
      Out Toddler Service this month is on Friday the 23rd March at 12:15pm in the church followed by lunch.

Day of Prayer for the Town
      The Day of Prayer for the Town is Saturday March the 24th from 10am to 3pm in Falise Sqaure and d:two.

Annual Parochial Church Meeting
      The Annual Parochial Church Meeting is on Sunday April the 22nd in the Church. This meeting is very important for all church members, so please put it in your diary TODAY.

      "Christianiy Explored" - A new initiative for the Parish.
Everyone is invited to join these groups which will be starting after Easter. Look out for you invite and booklet!!!
Times and venues to be arranged.

If anyone has any photographs of church events that could go on the website, please speak to Richard Young - they don't have to be digital, he can scan in prints.
